PodcastingResources for Women Entrepreneurs
The Network for Women Entrepreneurs (NWE) was a three-year Industry Canada program, to support women entrepreneurs in Ontario. The program provided Ontario businesswomen with access to networking, training, and information to help them start, operate and grow their own businesses.
After March 31, 2008, to ensure that high quality services continue to be provided for women entrepreneurs, the business information services formerly provided by the NWE will be provided directly by the Canada-Ontario Business Service Centre (COBSC).
Women entrepreneurs will continue to have access to a full range of business information at no charge through the COBSC and its regional access partners.
The COBSC has an introductory Women in Business Info-Guide for information on government programs and services for women entrepreneurs.
